If your child’s birthday falls in the summer, you have two options. They’re either going to be one of the youngest in their kindergarten class or you could hold them back an extra year and make them one of the oldest. This ‘academic redshirting’ as it’s called has become quite a trend in the last five years. Do you think it’s a good idea?

This is the first of your videos that I have seen. I think you have a fun and interesting platform. I want to respectfully disagree with the lady on the far right who is talking about throwing her children out into the real world, etc, saying we will deal with it later. I was one of those kids (young end October birthday) I feel that I would have prospered more and had a better sense of self confidence had I been in the class a year younger than mine. I have friends who have said the same thing.
I LOVE YOU GUYS!
