I’m trying to find some recent research (last ten years) about what happens when two parents have conflicting parenting styles; specifically, what happens in divorced families when one parent is more permissive than the other, but more general research would be helpful.
Does anyone know of any resources on conflicting parenting styles?

If you look around, you will see people who have been raised in that environment. It’s more common than it isn’t. Google "conflicting parenting styles in divorce" for more articles.
